Director of Surgical Pathology
Doctors Pathology Services is a well-established, high-end, growing private pathology practice located in Dover, Delaware. We pride ourselves in being the largest outpatient Anatomic Pathology practice in the state with cutting edge services, technology, and academics.
We are seeking an experienced pathologist to fulfill the duties of Director of Surgical Pathology within our company. Successful candidate must be board certified and able to obtain medical licensure in DE, PA, MD, D.C., and NJ. The Director of Surgical Pathology will provide anatomic pathology services to the patients of DPS at the quality standards set forth by the Medical Director. This position will also manage high-end histopathology through the technical management of the histology department to include grossing, ensure department maintains accreditation standards, as well as provide consultation and on-call coverage as needed.
Candidate must be willing to relocate to Dover, Delaware or the immediate surrounding area. Dover is located within driving distance to Philadelphia, Baltimore, Washington, D.C., New York City, and is close to the resort area beaches that Delaware is known for.
